FairPlayer™ Terms of Use

FairPlayer is an early-stage platform that allows artists to share music and receive direct support from listeners. By using FairPlayer, you agree to the following terms.

Platform Use

FairPlayer allows artists to upload music and listeners to unlock or support content through one-time payments. This is an early access version and features may change over time.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. FairPlayer does not store your payment details. Artists receive a majority share of each transaction (currently 90%), with a platform fee applied.

Content Ownership

Artists retain full ownership of the content they upload. By uploading, you confirm that you have the legal right to distribute the content.

Prohibited Use

Users must not upload content they do not own or have rights to. Abuse of the platform may result in account removal.

Availability

FairPlayer is provided "as is" during this early stage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
